Office & Attendance Information

Office Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The Office can be reached via phone at (408) 201-6340.

All visitors must sign in at the fron office and receive a visitor's sticker.  Visitors must wear this sticker for the duration of their time on school grounds.

All volunteers must obtain a volunteer badge through the Morgan Hill Unified School District.  Once you have obtained your badge, you must be registered with our front office.  You must renew your badge yearly with the front office.  For information on how to obtain your volunteer badge, click Volunteer Requirements.

All volunteers must sign in at the front office  and must wear both their volunteer badge and the visitor's sticker for the duration of the time they are volunteering.

Occasionally you might need to drop off a lunch for your student.  You may leave their lunch, with their name on it, on the counter in the office and our yard duties will help get the lunch to your child.  

Circle Lot TK, Kindergarteners, SPED, and daycare vans may drop off and pick up in the circle at the front of the school on Barrett Ave.

Bus Lane is to be used by school buses only.

Juan Hernandez Dr. Car Drop Off and Pick Up Have your student exit or enter your vehicle on the right side of the vehicle (next to the sidewalk). DO NOT exit your vehicle.  Students  should have their bags with them, not in the trunk. Please follow instructions of the teachers on duty and pull up as far as possible.  If you are picking up your student and they are not waiting at the designated spot, you will be asked to circle around again to keep the flow of traffic moving.  

Staff parking lot is for handicap parking and staff ONLY.
